Expanding Understanding of the Universe is not just the title of this blog. It is my mission in life. My ultimate goal is to add a piece to the puzzle that is our understanding of the universe that we live in. I am pursuing this goal in two ways, by seeking answers to the big questions and by teaching others what I learn along the way.
My main area of interest is cosmology, which is the study of the origin, structure, and evolution of the universe. It is the structure of the universe that I find to be most fascinating. When I think of the structure of the universe, I can't help but picture the small scale structure and the large scale structure simultaneously. I have so many questions and it is my intent to explore those questions here. My hope is that you will find yourself to be as enchanted by the wonder of the universe as I am.
